How is oversight of the Perivoli Schools Trust programme structured?

Trainers form teams of four or five under a Regional Coordinator. Regional Coordinators are grouped under a Senior Regional Coordinator. Senior Regional Coordinators report to the joint CEOs, who are supervised by the trustees of Perivoli Schools Trust, responsible for budgets and strategy. The same four-tier pyramid operates in every country where the programme runs.
