The Perivoli Foundation is a UK charity established in 2019, governed by trustees James Alexandroff OBE, Barry McCorkell, and Hugh Grootenhuis. The Perivoli Schools Trust (Holdings) is a Mauritian Purpose Trust with trustees James Alexandroff OBE, Tom Newton, and JTC Fiduciary Services (Mauritius) Limited, responsible for setting budgets and strategy. The Perivoli Rangeland Institute is not-for-profit company incorporated in Namibia. Its directors are James Alexandroff OBE, Barry McCorkell, Hugh Grootenhuis, Tom Newton, Tom Goddard, Soraj Bissoomauth and Hano Bossau. It is managed by Michael Dege.
