What happens at a Perivoli Schools Trust Graduation Ceremony?

The teacher, having completed all 16 modules, is publicly awarded a Perivoli Certificate in a community gathering. The ceremony is a milestone of professional achievement. It is often the only formal recognition the teacher has ever received. It marks their transition into the Maintenance Phase of ongoing support.
